We enjoy the No Name sauce the best. When we need to kick it up a little just add in The Phoenix. Perfect for anything your serving. On pizza or a steak.
We use Canceaux Sauce to marinate Chicken or beef. For that sweetness.
Can never go wrong with Kick in the Nuts, or the Hot meat.

WOW! If you truly want heat, this is it! Great body, flavor and heat. This is a perfect sauce for upping the temp on chili, gazpacho and pasta. Use sparingly!

My favorite thing to do with No Name is to put a drop in box of mac and cheese. It's also a must on homemade wings with chili powder and garlic. Get the blue cheese ready!

No Name has a sweet taste from the fruit, and just enough spice from the peppers. It gives that little extra kick to everything.

I bought the No Name sauce years ago at the Folk Festival in Bangor Maine and I am so happy I found it on the internet. This is my favorite sauce and favorite company. They even through in a free bottle of another sauce. On a scale of 1-10 I give Captain Mowats No Name sauce a strong 12!!!!
